The cost depends mainly on the number of nights, the hotel category, the season and the number of travellers. Permits, local guides, entry fees and flights to Guwahati, Dibrugarh or Dimapur are quoted or paid locally.

Yes. Indian visitors need an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh and for Nagaland, applied for online before travel. Foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit. Bum La needs a separate army permit issued in Tawang.
