Indian visitors need an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh, applied for online before travel (fees as per the rules); foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit. Mountain roads can close for landslides or snow, and travel times are approximate. Entry fees and local guides are paid locally. Stays in Mechuka are simple homestays or guesthouses.

Day 1 — Dibrugarh to Along
Arrive at Dibrugarh airport, where our representative meets you, and drive over the Bogibeel bridge into Arunachal to Along (about 280 km, 9 hours). Overnight stay in Along.

Day 2 — Along to Mechuka
Drive up the Siyom valley to Mechuka (about 180 km, 7–8 hours), a high valley near the China border, home of the Memba people. Overnight stay in Mechuka.

Day 3 — Samten Yongcha monastery
Visit the 400-year-old Samten Yongcha monastery above the valley, the Siyom river with its hanging bridges and the Guru Nanak Tapo Sthal gurdwara. Overnight stay in Mechuka.

Day 4 — Mechuka valley
A free day for walks across the meadows to the Memba villages, or a drive towards Dorjeling (as the road allows). Overnight stay in Mechuka.

Day 5 — Mechuka to Along
After a last morning walk in the meadows, drive back down the Siyom valley to Along (about 180 km, 7–8 hours), with stops at the river viewpoints on the way. Overnight stay in Along.

Day 6 — Along to Dibrugarh
After breakfast, drive back down to the plains and over the Bogibeel bridge to Dibrugarh (about 280 km, 9 hours). Overnight stay in Dibrugarh.

Day 7 — Departure from Dibrugarh
After breakfast, there is time for a walk on the Brahmaputra riverfront or a last look at a tea garden before the transfer to Dibrugarh airport for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
