Holiday Guru Travel is run by a small leadership team that still speaks with travellers and reviews itineraries every week.

Deepak Singh Rana

Founder

Deepak founded Holiday Guru Travel after years of planning trips for travellers across India and abroad. He still plans itineraries himself.

He leads sales and supplier relationships, and sets how the team handles every booking: confirm the plan first, keep the traveller informed, and pick up the phone when something goes wrong.

Laxmi Saxena

Managing Director

Laxmi oversees operations, accounts and compliance for M/S Holiday Guru Travel. Her focus is making sure every booking is delivered as promised: hotels confirmed, vouchers issued and payments accounted for.

She also leads hiring and training for the operations team.

How we run the company

The plan comes before the payment

No advance is taken until the traveller has agreed the itinerary, hotels and price.

Money goes to the company, on record

Payments are accepted only by bank transfer, UPI or cheque in the company's name. No cash.

Someone answers during the trip

A 24×7 emergency line is part of every booking, not an add-on.
