Gangotri
Reached by road; about 100 km each way from Uttarkashi (3–4 hours).
Kedarnath
Drive to Sonprayag, take a local jeep to Gaurikund, then trek about 19–20 km — or take a pony or helicopter.
Badrinath
Reached by road, about 160 km (7 hours) from Guptkashi; visit Mana village nearby.
Haridwar & Rishikesh
Start or end the yatra with the Ganga aarti at Har Ki Pauri.

Hotels, houseboats and transport
Our Char Dham packages use deluxe category hotels on twin sharing in most itineraries, with breakfast and dinner. Hotels near the shrines are simpler than in the towns.
Road packages include a private cab for the whole yatra, with pick-up and drop at Haridwar (or Delhi on Delhi packages). Kedarnath is reached by trek, pony, palki or helicopter; helicopter tickets are not included in road packages.
