This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.
Char Dham registration with Uttarakhand Tourism is compulsory. The shrines open from about late April or May to October–November. Ponies, palkis, porters and darshan passes are paid locally. Mountain roads can close for landslides; keep a spare day.

Day 1 — Haridwar to Barkot
Arrive at Haridwar station, where our representative meets you, and drive via Dehradun and Mussoorie to Barkot in the Yamuna valley (about 220 km). Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 2 — Yamunotri
Drive to Janki Chatti and walk up the 6 km trail to Yamunotri (ponies or palkis paid locally), with darshan of Yamuna Devi and the Divya Shila and Surya Kund. Return to Barkot. Overnight stay in Barkot.

Day 3 — Barkot to Harsil
Drive to Uttarkashi and up the Bhagirathi to Harsil (about 175 km), a quiet village of apple orchards and deodar forest. Visit Mukhba, the winter seat of Ganga Maa, across the river. Overnight stay in Harsil.

Day 4 — Gangotri – Uttarkashi
An early drive to Gangotri (about 25 km) for darshan at the temple and a dip in the Bhagirathi, then down to Uttarkashi via the Gangnani hot spring. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 5 — Uttarkashi to Haridwar
Drive down via Chamba and Rishikesh to Haridwar (about 170 km). Evening Ganga aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

After a morning dip at Har Ki Pauri, the transfer to Haridwar station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
