Mountain roads can close for landslides or snow, and travel times are approximate. Entry fees and local guides are paid locally. Homestays in Khonoma are simple.

Day 1 — Dimapur to Kohima
Arrive at Dimapur airport or railway station, where our representative meets you. See the Kachari ruins, then drive up to Kohima (about 75 km, 3 hours). Overnight stay in Kohima.

Day 2 — Kohima
After breakfast, visit the Kohima War Cemetery on the old tennis court where the 1944 battle was fought, the Nagaland State Museum, and the Kisama Heritage Village, with the traditional houses (morungs) of the Naga tribes (entry paid locally). Overnight stay in Kohima.

Day 3 — Khonoma green village
Drive to Khonoma (about 20 km), a hill village of the Angami Nagas that stopped hunting to protect its forests, with terraced fields and stone gates. Walk through the village with a local guide (paid locally). Overnight stay in a Khonoma homestay.

Day 4 — Khonoma to Kohima
A morning walk in the terraced fields, then back to Kohima for the market. Overnight stay in Kohima.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.

- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
