This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.
Indian visitors need an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh, applied for online before travel (fees as per the rules); foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit. Mountain roads can close for landslides or snow, and travel times are approximate. Entry fees and local guides are paid locally. The Deban forest lodge is basic and booked through the forest department; when it is full, stays are in Miao.

Day 1 — Dibrugarh to Miao
Arrive at Dibrugarh airport, where our representative meets you, and drive east to Miao (about 160 km, 5 hours), the gateway to Namdapha National Park. Visit the Tibetan refugee settlement and the mini zoo. Overnight stay in Miao.

Day 2 — Miao to Deban
Drive into the park to Deban on the Noa-Dihing river (about 25 km), with walks in the rainforest, one of the most varied in India, home to hornbills, gibbons and four big cats (forest permit and guide paid locally). Overnight stay at the Deban forest lodge or at Miao.

Day 3 — Rainforest walk
A guided walk along the Noa-Dihing river or up to the Hornbill viewpoint for birds, butterflies and, with luck, the hoolock gibbons calling in the canopy (guide paid locally). Overnight stay at Deban or Miao.

Day 4 — Deban to Miao
An early bird walk by the river at Deban, the best time for hornbills and kingfishers, then drive back out of the park to Miao and an afternoon at the Tibetan refugee settlement's carpet weavers. Overnight stay in Miao.

Day 5 — Miao to Dibrugarh
After breakfast, drive back to Dibrugarh, stopping at Digboi for its war cemetery and the museum of India's oldest working oil refinery (entry paid locally). Overnight stay in Dibrugarh.

Day 6 — Departure from Dibrugarh
After breakfast, there is time for a walk on the Brahmaputra riverfront or a last look at a tea garden before the transfer to Dibrugarh airport for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.

- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
