This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.
Indian visitors need an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh, applied for online before travel (fees as per the rules); foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit. Mountain roads can close for landslides or snow, and travel times are approximate. Entry fees and local guides are paid locally. The Parshuram Kund Mela is held around Makar Sankranti in January, when the site is very crowded.

Day 1 — Dibrugarh to Tezu
Arrive at Dibrugarh airport, where our representative meets you, and drive to Tezu over the Dhola–Sadiya (Bhupen Hazarika) bridge (about 200 km, 5–6 hours). Overnight stay in Tezu.

Day 2 — Parshuram Kund
Drive to Parshuram Kund on the Lohit river (about 25 km), where Parshuram is said to have washed away his sin; take the holy bath and visit the temple. Overnight stay in Tezu.

Day 3 — Tezu and Glow lake
A day by the Lohit: the Tezu market and the Mishmi villages, or, for walkers, the forest trail to Glow lake (guide paid locally). Overnight stay in Tezu.

Day 4 — Tezu to Dibrugarh
After a last morning by the Lohit river, drive back over the Dhola–Sadiya bridge, one of India's longest river bridges, to Dibrugarh (about 200 km). Overnight stay in Dibrugarh.

Day 5 — Departure from Dibrugarh
After breakfast, there is time for a walk on the Brahmaputra riverfront or a last look at a tea garden before the transfer to Dibrugarh airport for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
