Indian visitors need an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh, applied for online before travel (fees as per the rules); foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit. Mountain roads can close for landslides or snow, and travel times are approximate. Entry fees and local guides are paid locally. Hotels in Daporijo and Along are simple.

Day 1 — Arrive in Itanagar
Arrive at Itanagar airport or Naharlagun station, where our representative meets you. Visit the Ita fort and the state museum. Overnight stay in Itanagar.

Day 2 — Itanagar to Ziro
After breakfast, drive north through the forested Lower Subansiri hills to the Ziro valley (about 115 km, 4–5 hours). In the evening, walk into Hong, one of the largest Apatani villages, with its bamboo houses and prayer poles. Overnight stay in Ziro.

Day 3 — Ziro valley
A day among the Apatani villages of Hari and Hija and their rice fields, where fish are raised in the flooded paddies, then a drive through the pine and bamboo forest towards the Talley valley wildlife sanctuary (forest permit paid locally). Overnight stay in Ziro.

Day 4 — Ziro to Daporijo
After breakfast, continue east to Daporijo on the Subansiri river (about 160 km, 6 hours), through the hills of the Tagin people, with stops at hanging bridges and village viewpoints on the way. Overnight stay in Daporijo.

Day 5 — Daporijo to Along
Drive to Along (Aalo) on the Siyom river (about 150 km), home of the Galo people, and walk across a cane suspension bridge. Overnight stay in Along.

Day 6 — Along to Pasighat
Drive down the Siang valley to Pasighat (about 110 km), the oldest town in Arunachal, where the Siang leaves the hills. Evening by the river. Overnight stay in Pasighat.

Day 7 — Pasighat to Dibrugarh
After breakfast, drive down to the plains and cross the Bogibeel bridge, India's longest rail-cum-road bridge, over the Brahmaputra to Dibrugarh (about 160 km). Evening free in the tea city. Overnight stay in Dibrugarh.

Day 8 — Departure from Dibrugarh
After breakfast, there is time for a walk on the Brahmaputra riverfront or a last look at a tea garden before the transfer to Dibrugarh airport for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
