Indian visitors need an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Arunachal Pradesh, applied for online before travel (fees as per the rules); foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit. Mountain roads can close for landslides or snow, and travel times are approximate. Entry fees and local guides are paid locally. The Ziro Festival of Music is held in late September.

Day 1 — Arrive in Itanagar
Arrive at Itanagar (Hollongi) airport or Naharlagun railway station, where our representative meets you. Visit the Ita fort ruins, the Buddhist temple and the Jawaharlal Nehru State Museum. Overnight stay in Itanagar.

Day 2 — Itanagar to Ziro
After breakfast, drive to Ziro (about 115 km, 4–5 hours), a wide valley of rice fields and pine hills, home of the Apatani people. Overnight stay in Ziro.

Day 3 — Apatani villages
Walk through the Apatani villages of Hong and Hari, with their bamboo houses and fish-in-paddy farming, visit the Siddheshwar Nath temple, and see the pine and bamboo forests towards the Talley valley (forest permit paid locally). Overnight stay in Ziro.

Day 4 — Ziro to Itanagar
After breakfast, drive back to Itanagar, with a stop at the Gyakar Sinyi (Ganga) lake. Overnight stay in Itanagar.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
