Arrive at Bhubaneswar airport or railway station, where our representative meets you, and drive into the Kandhamal hills to Daringbadi (about 250 km, 6–7 hours), a hill station of pine forests and coffee gardens, sometimes called the Kashmir of Odisha. Overnight stay in Daringbadi.

See the coffee and pepper gardens, the pine forest, the Hill View Park and the Midubanda and Putudi waterfalls. Overnight stay in Daringbadi.

A day to the forest villages of the Kandha people towards Belghar, with a local guide (paid locally). Overnight stay in Daringbadi.

Drive down through the forests, stopping at the Taptapani hot springs, to Gopalpur-on-Sea. Overnight stay in Gopalpur.
