Monuments and temples set their own timings; Ajanta is closed on Mondays and Ellora on Tuesdays. Ferries, boats, entry fees and special darshan passes are paid locally. Ghat roads are slow in the monsoon.

Day 1 — Arrive in Mumbai
Arrive at Mumbai airport or station, where our representative meets you. Afternoon in South Mumbai: the Gateway of India, Colaba Causeway and the station building of CSMT, then sunset on Marine Drive. Overnight stay in Mumbai.

Day 2 — Mumbai to Lonavala
Drive up the ghats to Lonavala (about 85 km). Visit the Karla caves and their great chaitya hall, then the Tiger's Leap viewpoint for sunset. Overnight stay in Lonavala.

Day 3 — Lonavala to Mahabaleshwar
Drive to Mahabaleshwar (about 160 km) via Pune and Panchgani, stopping on Panchgani's Table Land. Evening by the Venna lake. Overnight stay in Mahabaleshwar.

Day 4 — Mahabaleshwar
A day of viewpoints, Arthur's Seat, Wilson Point for sunrise and the Lodwick Point, the Krishna source temple and the Pratapgad fort (about 24 km). Overnight stay in Mahabaleshwar.

Day 5 — Mahabaleshwar to Pune
Drive to Pune (about 120 km). In the afternoon, see the Shaniwar Wada of the Peshwas, the Aga Khan Palace where Gandhiji was held, and the Dagdusheth Ganpati temple. Overnight stay in Pune.

Day 6 — Departure from Pune
After breakfast, there may be time for the Raja Dinkar Kelkar museum or a walk on FC Road before the transfer to Pune airport or station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.

- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
