Arrive at Kolhapur airport or station, where our representative meets you. Have darshan at the Shree Mahalaxmi (Ambabai) temple, one of the Shakti Peeths, and see the New Palace museum of the Chhatrapatis and the Rankala lake at sunset. Overnight stay in Kolhapur.

Drive to the Jyotiba temple on its hill (about 18 km), whose devotees shower gulal on the Sunday and full-moon festivals, then to Panhala fort (about 20 km), where Shivaji Maharaj was besieged, with its granaries and the Teen Darwaza gate. Back in the city, try a Kolhapuri misal and look for Kolhapuri chappals. Overnight stay in Kolhapur.

After an early darshan at Mahalaxmi, there is time for the Shalini palace and the Bhavani Mandap before the transfer to Kolhapur airport or station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
