In short: Ashtavinayak Yatra: the Eight Ganesh Temples is a 3-night, 4-day tour that also covers Pune, Morgaon, Siddhatek, Pali, Mahad, Lenyadri and 2 more stops. It starts in Pune and ends in Pune. It includes daily breakfast. The itinerary can be customised.
This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.
Monuments and temples set their own timings; Ajanta is closed on Mondays and Ellora on Tuesdays. Ferries, boats, entry fees and special darshan passes are paid locally. Ghat roads are slow in the monsoon. Long queues at Sankashti Chaturthi and during Ganesh Chaturthi.
Arrive at Pune airport or station, where our representative meets you. Begin the yatra, as tradition asks, at the Mayureshwar temple in Morgaon (about 65 km), then Siddhivinayak at Siddhatek on the Bhima and Chintamani at Theur on the way back. Overnight stay in Pune.

Overnight: Lonavala
Drive to Junnar for Girijatmaj at Lenyadri, a Ganesh shrine inside a Buddhist cave about 300 steps up the hill, then Vighnahar at Ozar with its gold-domed tower. Overnight stay at Narayangaon or Junnar.
Overnight: Narayangaon
After breakfast, visit Mahaganapati at Ranjangaon, the eighth temple, and, for those who wish to close the circle, return by Morgaon before reaching Pune for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
