In short: Alibaug and Kashid Beaches is a 2-night, 3-day tour that also covers Mumbai and Murud-Janjira. It starts in Mumbai and ends in Mumbai. It includes daily breakfast. The itinerary can be customised.

Ferries and the Janjira sailboats stop in the monsoon (about June to September). Boats and entry fees are paid locally.
Our representative meets you in Mumbai for the drive round the bay to Alibaug (about 95 km); the ferry from the Gateway of India to Mandwa is a faster option (ticket not included). Walk out to the Kolaba fort at low tide and watch the sunset on Alibaug or Kihim beach. Overnight stay in Alibaug.

Drive south along the coast past Revdanda to Kashid (about 30 km), a beach of white sand and casuarinas. In the afternoon, take a sailboat from Rajpuri to the Murud-Janjira sea fort, never conquered in its history (boat and entry paid locally). Overnight stay at Kashid.

After a morning swim, visit the Kanakeshwar temple on its hill or the Korlai lighthouse on the way back to Mumbai (about 125 km) for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
