Gujarat is a dry state: alcohol is served only to permit holders. Temples set their own darshan timings and dress codes. Safari permits, boats, ropeways, shows and entry fees are paid locally or booked in advance. Gir National Park is closed from 16 June to 15 October; jeep safari permits are booked online in advance and are limited.

Day 1 — Rajkot to Somnath
Our representative meets you at Rajkot airport or station for the drive to Somnath (about 200 km). Evening aarti at the Somnath Jyotirlinga temple and the sound-and-light show by the sea (paid locally). Overnight stay in Somnath.

Day 2 — Somnath to Sasan Gir
Morning darshan and the Bhalka Tirth, then drive to Sasan Gir (about 45 km). Afternoon at the Devalia safari park (paid locally). Overnight stay at Sasan Gir.

Day 3 — Gir jeep safari
An early jeep safari in Gir National Park for the Asiatic lion (permit booked in advance, paid locally); afternoon at your lodge or the Kamleshwar dam. Overnight stay at Sasan Gir.

Day 4 — Gir to Diu
Drive to Diu (about 100 km), a former Portuguese island. Visit the Diu fort on the sea, St Paul's church and the Naida caves, and watch the sunset from the Gangeshwar shore temple, where the waves wash over five lingas. Overnight stay in Diu.

Day 5 — Diu beaches
A free day on the quiet Nagoa and Ghoghla beaches, with water sports optional (paid locally), and the old town's painted houses and the shell museum. Overnight stay in Diu.

Day 6 — Diu to Rajkot
After breakfast, drive back to Rajkot (about 250 km, 5 hours) for your onward journey; Diu also has its own small airport. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.

- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
