This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.

Registration with Uttarakhand Tourism is compulsory for every pilgrim. The temples are open only from about April/May to October/November; the dates are announced each year. The night at Kedarnath is in basic guest houses or camps.

  1. Day 1 — Delhi to Haridwar

    Our representative meets you in Delhi for the drive to Haridwar (about 230 km, 6–7 hours). In the evening, attend the Ganga aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

  2. Day 2 — Haridwar to Guptkashi

    After an early breakfast, drive to Guptkashi (about 210 km, 8–9 hours) by way of Devprayag and Rudraprayag. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

  3. Day 3 — Gaurikund to Kedarnath

    Very early, drive to Sonprayag and take the local shared jeep to Gaurikund (paid locally). Walk the trail to Kedarnath (about 16 km), or go by pony, palki or doli (paid locally); helicopter seats from Phata, Sersi or Guptkashi are booked separately on the official portal. Darshan and evening aarti at the Kedarnath temple. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.

  4. Day 4 — Kedarnath to Guptkashi

    Morning darshan at Kedarnath, then walk down to Gaurikund and drive back to Guptkashi. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

  5. Day 5 — Guptkashi to Badrinath

    After breakfast, drive from Guptkashi to Badrinath (about 200 km, 7–8 hours) by way of Chamoli and Joshimath. Bathe at the Tapt Kund and attend the evening aarti at the Badrinath temple. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

  6. Day 6 — Badrinath and Mana – Rudraprayag

    Early morning darshan at Badrinath, then visit Mana village (about 3 km) with the Vyas Gufa and Bhim Pul. Drive back to Rudraprayag (about 160 km). Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.

  7. Day 7 — Rudraprayag to Delhi

    After an early breakfast, drive to Delhi (about 390 km, 11–12 hours) by way of Rishikesh and Haridwar, arriving late in the evening. The yatra ends in Delhi.

  • Air and train tickets need full payment.
  • Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
  • Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
  • A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
  • Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
  • If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
  • Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
  • Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
  • Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
  • Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
  • Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
  • Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
  • Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
