Day 1 — Kolkata to the Sundarbans
Our representative meets you in Kolkata for the drive to Godkhali jetty (about 100 km, 3 hours), then a boat into the delta to your lodge on one of the islands. In the late afternoon, a village walk among the paddy and fish ponds, and a folk performance in the evening where offered. Overnight stay in the Sundarbans.

Day 2 — Creeks and watchtowers
A full day by boat through the mangrove creeks of the Sundarbans tiger reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, stopping at the Sajnekhali, Sudhanyakhali and Dobanki watchtowers, with its canopy walk, for estuarine crocodiles, spotted deer, kingfishers and the rarely seen tiger (boat and permits paid locally or quoted). Overnight stay in the Sundarbans.

Day 3 — Sundarbans to Kolkata
An early boat for birds on the creeks, then back to Godkhali and the drive to Kolkata for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
