A yatra registration (RFID card) is compulsory for every pilgrim; it is free at the Katra registration counters or online. The climb is about 13 km each way; ponies, palkis, the battery car and the Bhairon ropeway are paid locally, and helicopter seats are booked separately on the Shrine Board portal.

Day 1 — Arrive Jammu – Katra
Arrive at Jammu airport or railway station, where our representative meets you, and drive to Katra (about 50 km, 1.5–2 hours), the base town for Mata Vaishno Devi. Collect your yatra registration card and rest. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2 — Mata Vaishno Devi darshan
An early start for the climb from Katra through Banganga and Ardhkuwari to the Bhawan (about 13 km), on foot or by pony or palki (paid locally); the helicopter to Sanjhichhat is booked separately. After darshan of the Holy Cave, take the ropeway or walk up to the Bhairon temple, then return to Katra. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3 — Katra to Dalhousie
After a late breakfast, drive to Dalhousie (about 200 km, 5–6 hours) by way of Pathankot. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 4 — Khajjiar and Dalhousie
After breakfast, drive to Khajjiar (about 22 km), a meadow ringed by deodar forest, and visit the Khajji Nag temple. In the afternoon, see Dalhousie's churches and Panchpula. Overnight stay in Dalhousie.

Day 5 — Dalhousie to Dharamshala
After breakfast, drive to Dharamshala (about 120 km, 4 hours). Evening in the Tibetan market at McLeod Ganj. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 6 — McLeod Ganj and Kangra
After breakfast, visit the Dalai Lama's temple complex, the Bhagsunag temple and waterfall, and the Kangra Devi (Brajeshwari) temple. Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 7 — Dharamshala to Pathankot
After breakfast, drive to Pathankot (about 90 km, 3 hours) for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
