Yatra registration (RFID card) is compulsory. Ponies, palkis, battery cars and the Bhairon ropeway are paid locally and subject to availability. The climb is long; please consult your doctor if you have health concerns.

Day 1 — Jammu to Katra
Arrive at Jammu airport or station, where our representative meets you, and drive to Katra (about 50 km), the base of the Vaishno Devi yatra. Collect the RFID yatra card (registration online in advance). Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2 — Vaishno Devi darshan
An early start for the 13 km climb from Banganga to the Bhawan of Mata Vaishno Devi, on foot, by pony or palki, or by the battery car from Ardhkuwari (all paid locally), for darshan in the holy cave, then on to the Bhairon temple (ropeway paid locally) and back down to Katra. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3 — Katra to Jammu city
A rest morning in Katra, then drive back to Jammu. Visit the Raghunath temple complex, the Bahu fort with the Bawe wali Mata temple above the Tawi, and the Peer Kho cave temple. Overnight stay in Jammu.

Day 4 — Jammu city and departure
After breakfast, visit the Amar Mahal palace museum (closed Mondays) and the Mubarak Mandi palace complex seen from outside, then the transfer to Jammu airport or station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.

- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
