This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.
A yatra registration (RFID card) is compulsory for every pilgrim; it is free at the Katra registration counters or online. The climb is about 13 km each way; ponies, palkis, the battery car and the Bhairon ropeway are paid locally, and helicopter seats are booked separately on the Shrine Board portal.

Day 1 — Arrive in Jammu – Kol Kandoli – Katra
Our representative meets you at Jammu airport or station. On the way up, stop at the Kol Kandoli temple at Nagrota, where, by tradition, the goddess spent her early years, then reach Katra (about 50 km). Pick up your RFID yatra card at the registration counter and rest early. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2 — Climb by the Tarakote Marg to the Bhawan
Start before dawn by the newer Tarakote Marg, a wider and less crowded path with fewer steep sections, to the Bhawan (about 13 km), on foot, by pony or palki (paid locally). After darshan in the Holy Cave, go on to the Bhairon temple by ropeway (paid locally) and come down by the old route via Ardhkuwari. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3 — Katra to Jammu
After a slow breakfast to rest your legs, drive back to Jammu (about 50 km) for your train or flight; there may be time for the Raghunath temple in the city centre. The yatra ends here.

- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
