In short: Hemkund Sahib and the Valley of Flowers is a 6-night, 7-day tour that also covers Haridwar, Joshimath, Govindghat and Ghangaria. It starts in Haridwar and ends in Haridwar. It includes daily breakfast. The itinerary can be customised.
This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.
Hemkund Sahib and the Valley of Flowers are open from about June to early October; flowers peak from July to early September. The walks are steep; ponies and porters are paid locally. Stays at Ghangaria are simple.
Arrive at Haridwar station, where our representative meets you, and drive up the Alaknanda valley via Devprayag and Rudraprayag to Joshimath (about 270 km, 9–10 hours). Overnight stay in Joshimath.

Drive to Govindghat and Pulna, then walk about 10 km up the Lakshman Ganga valley to Ghangaria (ponies or porters paid locally). Overnight stay at Ghangaria (simple stays).

Walk into the Valley of Flowers National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (about 4 km in; forest permit paid locally), a high meadow of hundreds of alpine flowers at its best from July to early September. Return to Ghangaria. Overnight stay at Ghangaria.

Climb about 6 km to Gurdwara Hemkund Sahib by its glacial lake at about 4,150 metres, where Guru Gobind Singh is said to have meditated in a past life, with the Lokpal Lakshman temple beside it (ponies paid locally). Return to Ghangaria. Overnight stay at Ghangaria.

Walk down to Pulna and drive to Joshimath, with an optional visit to Badrinath (about 45 km) if time allows. Overnight stay in Joshimath.

Drive down to Rudraprayag (about 140 km), stopping at Nandprayag and Karnaprayag on the Alaknanda. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
Overnight: Rudraprayag
After breakfast, drive to Haridwar (about 160 km) via Devprayag for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

Breakfast, as per the package plan: breakfast at your hotel in Joshimath, Ghangaria, Joshimath and Rudraprayag each morning after an overnight stay, so 6 breakfasts (Day 2 to Day 7). Other meals are included only where specifically stated; lunch and dinner are otherwise at your own cost.
To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure. A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
