Day 1 — Dehradun to Chakrata
Arrive at Dehradun airport or station, where our representative meets you, and drive to Chakrata (about 90 km), stopping at Kalsi for Emperor Ashoka's rock edict on the Yamuna. Evening walk through the deodar woods of this quiet cantonment town. Overnight stay in Chakrata.

Day 2 — Tiger Falls and Deoban
Walk down to Tiger Falls (about 20 km by road, then a short path), one of the highest falls in the Garhwal hills, then drive up to Deoban for the view of the Himalayan peaks over the forest, or walk to the Budher caves with a guide (paid locally). Overnight stay in Chakrata.

Day 3 — Chakrata to Dehradun
After breakfast, drive back to Dehradun (about 90 km), with a stop at the Robber's Cave (Guchhupani) or the Forest Research Institute if time allows. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
