Day 1 — Dehradun to Uttarkashi
Arrive at Dehradun airport or station, where our representative meets you, and drive via Chamba and the Tehri lake to Uttarkashi on the Bhagirathi (about 145 km). Evening at the Kashi Vishwanath temple. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 2 — Uttarkashi to Harsil
Drive up the Bhagirathi valley past the Gangnani hot spring to Harsil (about 75 km), a valley of apple orchards, deodar forest and wooden houses, first planted with apples by an Englishman, Frederick Wilson. Overnight stay in Harsil.

Day 3 — Gangotri and Dharali
A morning trip to Gangotri (about 25 km) for darshan and the Surya Kund falls, then walk through the orchards of Dharali and visit Mukhba, the winter home of the Ganga goddess. Overnight stay in Harsil.

Day 4 — Sattal – Uttarkashi
A walk to the small lakes above Harsil, or a quiet morning by the river, then drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

After breakfast, drive back to Dehradun (about 145 km) for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
