Arrive at Jabalpur airport or station, where our representative meets you, and drive to Amarkantak (about 230 km, 5–6 hours) on the Maikal hills. Evening aarti at the Narmada Udgam temple, the tank where the river rises. Overnight stay in Amarkantak.

A day at the old Kalachuri temples, the Jain temple of Sarvodaya, the Kapildhara and Dudhdhara waterfalls on the young Narmada, the Sonmuda source of the Son river and the Mai ki Bagiya garden. Overnight stay in Amarkantak.

A morning at the Kabir Chabutra, where the poet-saint is said to have meditated, and the Shri Yantra temple; afternoon free for the forest walks. Overnight stay in Amarkantak.

After breakfast, drive back to Jabalpur (about 230 km) for your onward journey; Pendra Road station (about 40 km) is the alternative for trains. The tour ends here.
