Arrive at Khajuraho airport or railway station, where our representative meets you. In the afternoon, explore the Western Group of temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by the Chandela kings around a thousand years ago, with the Kandariya Mahadeva and Lakshmana temples (entry paid locally). Stay for the evening light-and-sound show. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

After breakfast, see the Jain temples of the Eastern Group, with the Parsvanath temple, and the Duladeo and Chaturbhuj temples of the Southern Group. In the afternoon, drive to the Raneh falls (about 20 km), where the Ken river cuts a canyon of red, pink and grey granite (entry paid locally). Overnight stay in Khajuraho.
Overnight: Khajuraho
After breakfast, a last walk round the Shivsagar lake and the Matangeshwar temple, still in daily worship, before the transfer to Khajuraho airport or station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
