Day 1 — Kochi to Vagamon
Arrive at Kochi airport or Ernakulam station, where our representative meets you, and drive into the hills to Vagamon (about 100 km), a quiet hill station of meadows and pine woods. Evening at the Vagamon meadows. Overnight stay in Vagamon.

Day 2 — Vagamon hills
Walk through the pine forest, climb to the Kurisumala pilgrimage hill or the Thangal Para rock, and see the tea estates and the Marmala waterfalls; paragliding is optional in the season (paid locally). Overnight stay in Vagamon.

Day 3 — Vagamon to Kumarakom
Drive down to Kumarakom (about 70 km) on the Vembanad lake. In the evening, a country-boat ride along the canals and the lake shore at sunset (paid locally). Overnight stay in Kumarakom.

Day 4 — Kumarakom bird sanctuary
An early walk in the Kumarakom bird sanctuary for herons, cormorants and migratory birds in winter, then a lazy afternoon by the lake or a visit to a village of coir makers and toddy tappers. Overnight stay in Kumarakom.

Day 5 — Kumarakom to Kochi
After breakfast, drive back to Kochi (about 75 km) for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
