Day 1 — Bangalore to Shravanabelagola and Hassan
Arrive at Bangalore airport or station, where our representative meets you, and drive to Shravanabelagola (about 145 km). Climb barefoot about 650 steps up Vindhyagiri hill to the 17-metre statue of Gommateshwara (Bahubali), carved from a single rock in 981. Continue to Hassan. Overnight stay in Hassan.

Day 2 — Belur and Halebidu
Visit the Chennakeshava temple at Belur and the Hoysaleswara temple at Halebidu (16 km apart), with their star-shaped plinths and dense soapstone carving, part of the UNESCO-listed Sacred Ensembles of the Hoysalas (entry paid locally). Overnight stay in Hassan.

Day 3 — Somanathapura – Bangalore
Drive to Somanathapura (about 130 km) for the Keshava temple, the third of the Hoysala World Heritage temples, then on to Bangalore (about 140 km). Overnight stay in Bangalore.

After breakfast, there may be time for Lalbagh or the Bangalore Palace before the transfer to Bangalore airport or station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
