Day 1 — Leh Arrival

Arrive at Leh's Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, where our representative meets you and transfers you to your hotel. Leh is at about 3,500 m, so the rest of the day is for rest and acclimatisation, with welcome tea or coffee at the hotel. In the evening, if you feel well, visit the Shanti Stupa for sunset views over Leh, then stroll through the market. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2 — Leh-Excursion to Monastries

Post Breakfast we proceed for Indus Valley Monastery Starting with Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism, Thiksey Monastery an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village, Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh, 3 Idiots Rancho School & Sindhu Ghat. After visiting above places drive back to Leh. Evening at leisure to explore the city on your own. Dinner & Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 3 — Leh-Khardungla Pass-Leh

After breakfast, drive up to Khardung La (about 40 km from Leh), one of the highest motorable passes in the world at around 5,300 m. Spend a short time at the top for photographs; do not stay long because of the altitude. Return to Leh in the afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure, perhaps in Leh market. All sightseeing is by the private vehicle included in your package. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 4 — Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Depending on your flight time, you may have a little time for last-minute shopping in Leh market for pashmina, apricots or Tibetan handicrafts. The departure transfer to Leh airport is included. The tour ends here, with memories of the monasteries and high passes of Ladakh.

Hotel check-in and check-out time at 12:00 noon.
Base category room in all the hotels.
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
If the tour is cancelled after tickets are issued, airfare (base fare) is 100% cancelled and only taxes are refunded; land arrangements are 75% cancelled. Confirmed cruises are non-refundable.
