Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra registration and a compulsory health certificate are required for every pilgrim; the yatra runs only on the dates announced by the Shrine Board.

Day 1 — Arrive Jammu – drive to Katra
Arrive at Jammu and drive to Katra (about 50 km, 1.5–2 hours), the base town for Mata Vaishno Devi. Rest for the next day's climb. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2 — Mata Vaishno Devi darshan
An early start for the 13 km climb to the Bhawan of Mata Vaishno Devi, on foot or by pony, palki or helicopter to Sanjhichhat (paid locally). After darshan, return to Katra. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3 — Katra to Srinagar
After breakfast, drive to Srinagar (about 260 km, 7–8 hours) through the Banihal tunnel into the Kashmir valley. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4 — Srinagar to Sonmarg
After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg (about 83 km), the base for the Baltal route of the yatra. Complete yatra formalities and rest. Overnight stay in Sonmarg.

Day 5 — Holy Cave darshan via Baltal
Very early, drive to Baltal. Go to the Holy Cave either by helicopter from Neelgrath to Panjtarni and then about 6 km on foot, pony or palki, or by the 14 km Baltal trek (helicopter, pony and palki paid locally). After darshan, return to Baltal and drive back to Sonmarg. Overnight stay in Sonmarg.

Day 6 — Sonmarg to Srinagar
After a rest morning, drive back to Srinagar and visit the Hazratbal shrine and the Mughal gardens. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 7 — Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, there may be time for a last walk by Dal Lake or a little shopping before the transfer to Srinagar airport for your flight home. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
