Day 1 — Arrive in Hanoi
Arrive at Hanoi airport, where our representative meets you, and transfer to your hotel in or near the Old Quarter. Evening walk round Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter streets. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2 — Halong Bay day cruise
An early drive to Halong Bay (about 2.5 hours by expressway) for a day cruise among the limestone islands, with a cave visit and kayaking where possible (cruise paid locally). Return to Hanoi in the evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 3 — Hanoi – fly to Da Nang – Hoi An
A morning at the Temple of Literature, then fly to Da Nang (ticket not included) and drive to Hoi An (about 30 km). Evening among the lanterns. Overnight stay in Hoi An.

Day 4 — Hoi An ancient town
After breakfast, walk through Hoi An's ancient town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the Japanese Covered Bridge, the old merchant houses and assembly halls (entry ticket paid locally). In the evening, the lanterns light up along the Thu Bon river. Overnight stay in Hoi An.

Day 5 — Fly to Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast, transfer to Da Nang airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City (ticket not included). Evening on Nguyen Hue walking street. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6 — Cu Chi tunnels and the city
After breakfast, drive to the Cu Chi tunnels (about 70 km) used in the Vietnam War. In the afternoon, see the War Remnants Museum, the Central Post Office and the Ben Thanh market (entry paid locally). Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 7 — Mekong Delta
A day in the Mekong Delta: by boat through the canals near My Tho and Ben Tre, with coconut workshops, fruit orchards and a sampan ride (boat trip paid locally). Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the evening. Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
