Day 1 — Arrive in Hanoi
Arrive at Hanoi airport, where our representative meets you, and transfer to your hotel in or near the Old Quarter. Evening walk round Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter streets. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2 — Hanoi city tour
After breakfast, see Hanoi: the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum area and the One Pillar Pagoda (from outside when the mausoleum is closed), the Temple of Literature and the Old Quarter. In the evening, the water puppet show is optional (paid locally). Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 3 — Halong Bay day cruise
An early drive to Halong Bay (about 2.5 hours by expressway) for a day cruise among the limestone islands, with a cave visit and kayaking where possible (cruise paid locally). Return to Hanoi in the evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 4 — Hanoi to Sapa
After breakfast, travel to Sapa in the northern mountains (about 5–6 hours by expressway). In the afternoon, walk down to Cat Cat village of the Black Hmong people. Overnight stay in Sapa.

Day 5 — Fansipan and the Muong Hoa valley
Ride the cable car to the summit of Fansipan, the highest mountain in Indochina (cable car paid locally, weather permitting), then walk through the rice terraces of the Muong Hoa valley. Overnight stay in Sapa.

Day 6 — Sapa to Hanoi – departure
After breakfast, travel back to Hanoi (about 5–6 hours) and transfer to the airport for your evening flight. The tour ends here.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
