Day 1 — Arrive in Hanoi
Arrive at Hanoi airport, where our representative meets you, and transfer to your hotel in or near the Old Quarter. Evening walk round Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter streets. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 2 — Halong Bay day cruise
An early drive to Halong Bay (about 2.5 hours by expressway) for a day cruise among the limestone islands, with a cave visit and kayaking where possible (cruise paid locally). Return to Hanoi in the evening. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 3 — Hanoi city tour – fly to Da Nang
After breakfast, a morning in Hanoi: the Temple of Literature and the Old Quarter. In the afternoon, fly to Da Nang (about 1 hour 20 minutes; ticket not included). Overnight stay in Da Nang.

Day 4 — Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge
After breakfast, ride the cable car up to the Ba Na Hills and walk the Golden Bridge held up by two giant stone hands (cable car paid locally). Overnight stay in Da Nang.

Day 5 — Marble Mountains – Hoi An
After breakfast, visit the Marble Mountains and drive to Hoi An. Evening on the lantern-lit riverside. Overnight stay in Hoi An.

Day 6 — Hoi An ancient town
After breakfast, walk through Hoi An's ancient town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site: the Japanese Covered Bridge, the old merchant houses and assembly halls (entry ticket paid locally). In the evening, the lanterns light up along the Thu Bon river. Overnight stay in Hoi An.

Day 7 — Departure from Da Nang
After breakfast, transfer to Da Nang airport (about 45 minutes) for your flight home. The tour ends here.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
