Day 1 — Arrival in Cochin and drive to Munnar
Arrive at Cochin airport or railway station, where our driver meets you for the drive to Munnar (about 130 km, 4 hours). The road climbs past spice plantations and waterfalls such as Cheeyappara and Valara. Munnar sits where three mountain streams meet and is surrounded by rolling tea estates. After checking in at your hotel, the evening is free to relax and enjoy the cool hill air. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2 — Munnar sightseeing
After breakfast, explore Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park, home of the endangered Nilgiri tahr (subject to opening), the Tea Museum, and the Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point. Drive through the tea gardens to Kundala Lake and the photo points along the way. The afternoon is free to walk among the tea bushes or shop for tea and spices in town. Return to your hotel for the overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3 — Munnar to Alleppey houseboat
After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey (about 170 km, 5 hours) to board your traditional houseboat around noon. Lunch, evening tea and dinner are served on board. Cruise through the narrow backwater canals and Vembanad Lake, passing paddy fields, coconut groves and village life on the banks. The houseboat anchors at dusk for the night. Overnight stay on the houseboat in Alleppey.

Day 4 — Alleppey to Kovalam
After breakfast on board, the houseboat returns to the jetty around 9 am. Check out and drive south to Kovalam (about 160 km, 4 hours), Kerala's best-known beach town with its crescent-shaped bays. After checking in at your hotel, the rest of the day is free to enjoy the beach and watch the sunset from Lighthouse Beach. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 5 — Trivandrum sightseeing and Kovalam
After breakfast, drive to Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), about 16 km away. Visit the area around the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple (entry for Hindus only, with a dress code), the Napier Museum with its art gallery, and the Kuthiramalika Palace Museum, built in traditional Kerala style. Return to Kovalam in the afternoon for a relaxed evening on the beach, or book an optional Ayurvedic massage, paid directly. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 6 — Departure from Trivandrum
After breakfast, check out of your hotel in Kovalam. Depending on your travel time, enjoy a last walk along Lighthouse Beach. Our driver then transfers you to Trivandrum airport or railway station (about 16 km) for your onward journey, with memories of Munnar's tea hills, the Alleppey backwaters and Kovalam. The tour ends here.

- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
