Day 1 — Cochin to Munnar
Arrive at Cochin airport or Ernakulam station, where our representative meets you, and drive to Munnar (about 130 km, 4–5 hours), stopping at the Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2 — Eravikulam and the tea museum
After breakfast, visit Eravikulam National Park for the Nilgiri tahr (entry paid locally; closed in the calving season, usually February–March) and the Tata tea museum. In the afternoon, see Mattupetty dam and Kundala Lake. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3 — Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast, drive to Thekkady (about 90 km) through cardamom hills, with a guided spice garden walk in the afternoon (paid locally). Overnight stay in Thekkady.

Day 4 — Periyar Lake – Alleppey
Early in the morning, take the boat ride on Periyar Lake in the tiger reserve (tickets paid locally), then drive to Alleppey (about 140 km). Overnight stay in Alleppey.

Day 5 — Backwaters and Marari beach
In the morning, take a country-boat ride through the narrow canals and paddy fields (paid locally). Spend the afternoon at the quiet Marari beach, north of Alleppey. Overnight stay in Alleppey.

Day 6 — Alleppey to Kovalam
After breakfast, drive south to Kovalam (about 160 km, 4–5 hours). Evening on the Lighthouse beach. Overnight stay in Kovalam.

Day 7 — Trivandrum and Poovar
After breakfast, visit the Sree Padmanabhaswamy temple in Trivandrum (dress code applies) and the Napier museum. In the afternoon, take an optional boat trip through the Poovar estuary to its sand bar (paid locally). Overnight stay in Kovalam.

After breakfast, drive to Trivandrum (about 16 km) for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
