Temple timings change through the day (most close in the early afternoon); dress modestly and beware of monkeys in Vrindavan. Holi and Janmashtami are very crowded. E-rickshaws and entry fees are paid locally.

Day 1 — Delhi to Mathura
Our representative meets you in Delhi for the drive to Mathura (about 180 km). Darshan at the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and the Vishram Ghat aarti on the Yamuna. Overnight stay in Mathura.

Day 2 — Vrindavan
A day in Vrindavan: the Banke Bihari, Radha Raman and ISKCON temples, the Nidhivan and Seva Kunj groves, and the Prem Mandir at dusk. Overnight stay in Vrindavan.

Day 3 — Vrindavan to Haridwar
A long drive north to Haridwar (about 320 km, 7 hours). Evening Ganga aarti at Har Ki Pauri, with thousands of lamps floated on the river. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 4 — Haridwar temples
Take the ropeways to the Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi temples on the hills (paid locally), and visit the Daksha Mahadev temple at Kankhal and the Bharat Mata Mandir. Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 5 — Haridwar to Rishikesh
Drive to Rishikesh (about 25 km). Walk across Ram Jhula among the ashrams, see the Lakshman Jhula bridge, and attend the evening Ganga aarti at Parmarth Niketan or Triveni Ghat. Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 6 — Rishikesh to Delhi
After a morning by the river, drive back to Delhi (about 240 km, 6 hours) for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
