This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.
Temple timings change through the day (most close in the early afternoon); dress modestly and beware of monkeys in Vrindavan. Holi and Janmashtami are very crowded. E-rickshaws and entry fees are paid locally. Barsana's Lathmar Holi (February–March) needs separate planning.

Day 1 — Delhi to Vrindavan
Our representative meets you in Delhi for the drive to Vrindavan (about 160 km). Evening darshan at the Banke Bihari temple and the Prem Mandir lit after dark. Overnight stay in Vrindavan.

Day 2 — Govardhan parikrama
Drive to Govardhan (about 25 km), the hill Krishna lifted on his finger. Make the parikrama of the hill by e-rickshaw or on foot (about 21 km; e-rickshaw paid locally), with the Mukharvind, the Radha Kund and Shyam Kund, and the Kusum Sarovar. Overnight stay in Vrindavan.

Day 3 — Barsana and Nandgaon
Drive to Barsana, Radha's village, and climb to the Shriji (Radha Rani) temple on Bhanugarh hill, then Nandgaon, Krishna's home, for the Nand Bhawan on its hill. Overnight stay in Vrindavan.

Day 4 — Vrindavan to Delhi
After an early darshan at the Radha Raman temple, drive back to Delhi (about 160 km) for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
