The Gurez road is open from about May to November. Visitors register with ID at the checkposts. Stays at Dawar are simple guesthouses. Boats and local vehicles are paid locally.

Day 1 — Arrive in Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar airport, where our representative meets you. In the afternoon, visit the Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar and take a boat on the Dal Lake at sunset (paid locally). Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2 — Srinagar to Gurez
Drive north past the Wular lake and Bandipora, then over the Razdan pass (about 3,300 m) into the Gurez valley (about 125 km, 6 hours), close to the Line of Control. Overnight stay at Dawar (simple stays).

Day 3 — Gurez and Habba Khatoon
A day in the valley of the Kishanganga river: Dawar village with its log houses, the Habba Khatoon peak named after the Kashmiri poet-queen, and the spring at its foot. Overnight stay at Dawar.

Day 4 — Tulail valley
Drive up the Tulail valley among villages of the Dard-Shina people, with their wooden houses and fields of buckwheat. Overnight stay at Dawar.

Day 5 — Gurez to Srinagar
Drive back over the Razdan pass to Srinagar, stopping at the Wular lake viewpoint. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 6 — Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, there is time for the Hazratbal shrine or the old city's Jama Masjid before the transfer to Srinagar airport. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
