Winter snow at Gulmarg is usually from about December to March. Flights and roads can be delayed by snowfall. Gondola, ski lessons, equipment and sledges are paid locally.

Day 1 — Arrive in Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar airport, where our representative meets you. Afternoon at the Shankaracharya hill viewpoint over the frozen edges of the Dal Lake, and a warm kahwa in the old city. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2 — Srinagar to Gulmarg
Drive to Gulmarg (about 50 km) through snow-covered apple orchards and forest; chains may be needed on the last stretch (fitted locally if required). Afternoon on the snow meadows, with sledges available. Overnight stay in Gulmarg.

Day 3 — Gondola and Apharwat
Ride the Gulmarg Gondola to Kongdoori and, weather permitting, on to the Apharwat ridge at about 4,000 m for the view of the Himalaya (tickets paid locally); beginners' ski lessons on the nursery slopes are optional (instructor and equipment paid locally). Overnight stay in Gulmarg.

Day 4 — Gulmarg to Srinagar
A last morning in the snow, then drive back to Srinagar. Evening in the warmth of a Kashmiri wazwan meal (paid locally). Overnight stay in Srinagar.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
