Day 1 — Arrive Shimla
Arrive in Shimla and check in. The evening is free on the Mall Road and the Ridge. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 2 — Shimla to Sarahan
After breakfast, drive to Sarahan (about 170 km, 6–7 hours) through Narkanda and down to the Sutlej. Visit the Bhimakali temple in the evening. Overnight stay in Sarahan.

Day 3 — Sarahan to Sangla
After breakfast, drive into Kinnaur and up the Baspa valley to Sangla (about 95 km, 4 hours). Visit the Kamru fort and its temple above the village. Overnight stay in Sangla.

Day 4 — Chitkul excursion
After breakfast, drive to Chitkul (about 25 km), the last inhabited village on the Indian side of the old trade route to Tibet, with wooden houses and the Baspa river below snow peaks. Return to Sangla in the evening. Overnight stay in Sangla.

Day 5 — Sangla to Kalpa
After breakfast, drive to Kalpa (about 50 km, 2 hours), facing the Kinner Kailash range. Walk to Roghi village through the apple orchards. Overnight stay in Kalpa.

Day 6 — Kalpa to Narkanda
After breakfast, drive back down the Sutlej valley to Narkanda (about 170 km, 6–7 hours). If time allows, drive up to the Hatu Peak temple for the view. Overnight stay in Narkanda.

Day 7 — Narkanda to Shimla – departure
After breakfast, drive to Shimla (about 60 km, 2 hours) for your onward journey. The tour ends in Shimla.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
