Day 1 — Arrive in Ahmedabad
Arrive at Ahmedabad airport or station, where our representative meets you. Afternoon at the Sabarmati Ashram and the Hutheesing Jain temple of white marble; evening at the riverfront and the Atal footbridge. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.

Day 2 — Ahmedabad to Ekta Nagar
After breakfast, drive south to Ekta Nagar (about 200 km, 4 hours). Late afternoon at the Statue of Unity, where a lift takes you up inside to the gallery at 153 metres, then the laser show on the statue after dark (paid locally). Overnight stay at Ekta Nagar.

Day 3 — Sardar Sarovar – back to Ahmedabad
A morning at the Sardar Sarovar dam and the Valley of Flowers by the Narmada, then drive back to Ahmedabad. Evening at the Adalaj stepwell, lit softly as the light fades. Overnight stay in Ahmedabad.

Day 4 — Departure from Ahmedabad
After breakfast, walk through a pol of the old city or visit the Calico Museum of Textiles if you have booked a slot, then transfer to Ahmedabad airport or station. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
