How to customise a holiday package
Every package on our website can be changed. Here is what you can adjust and how to ask for it.
What you can change
- Hotels: a higher or lower category, a specific hotel, or rooms for a larger family.
- Nights: add a night where you want more time, or drop a stop.
- Sightseeing: swap or add excursions.
- Transport: a larger vehicle, a private car instead of a Volvo, or flights instead of long drives.
- Dates and start city: any dates, subject to availability.
What to tell us
Your dates, how many adults and children (with ages), your starting city, the hotel style you prefer, your rough budget per person, and anything important: senior citizens, special meals, or celebrations such as a honeymoon or anniversary.
