How the 35% advance and balance payment work
Our payment terms are simple, but it helps to know what each payment does and when it is due.
The 35% advance
For holiday packages, a 35% advance confirms your booking. It lets us book hotels, transport and activities for your dates. We only ask for it after you have agreed the itinerary, hotels and price.
The balance
The remaining amount is paid before departure, on the date shown in your quote. Some hotels and airlines ask for full payment earlier, especially in peak season; if so, your quote says so.
Tickets are paid in full
Flight and train tickets are issued immediately and paid to the airline or railway in full, so they need 100% payment at booking.
How to pay
We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS or net banking) and cheque. We do not accept cash. Pay only to an account in the company's name, and if you receive different bank details by message or email, call us to check before paying.
After you pay
Send the payment reference on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm receipt, and your booking voucher follows. See our payment policy for the full terms.
