Day 1 — Arrive in Chiang Mai
Arrive at Chiang Mai airport, where our representative meets you, and transfer to your hotel inside or near the old walled city. Evening at the Night Bazaar. Overnight stay in Chiang Mai.

Day 2 — Doi Suthep and the old city
After breakfast, drive up Doi Suthep to the golden Wat Phra That Doi Suthep for the view over Chiang Mai, then visit Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Singh in the old walled city. Overnight stay in Chiang Mai.

Day 3 — Elephant sanctuary
Spend the day at an ethical elephant sanctuary in the hills, where you feed and walk with rescued elephants — no riding (paid locally). In the evening, walk the Sunday or Saturday walking street if it is the weekend. Overnight stay in Chiang Mai.

Day 4 — Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai
After breakfast, drive to Chiang Rai (about 185 km, 3 hours), stopping at the hot springs on the way. Visit the White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), the Blue Temple and the Black House (Baan Dam) (entry paid locally). Overnight stay in Chiang Rai.

Day 5 — Golden Triangle – departure
After breakfast, drive to the Golden Triangle (about 60 km), where Thailand, Laos and Myanmar meet on the Mekong, then transfer to Chiang Rai airport. The tour ends here.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
