Day 1 — Arrive in Singapore
Arrive at Singapore Changi airport, where our representative meets you, and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, walk around Marina Bay to the Merlion Park and watch the Spectra light-and-water show (free). Overnight stay in Singapore.

Day 2 — Singapore city tour
After breakfast, a half-day city tour: the Civic District and the Padang, Chinatown with the Buddha Tooth Relic temple, Little India and Kampong Glam. In the evening, see the free Garden Rhapsody light show at the Supertree Grove in Gardens by the Bay. Overnight stay in Singapore.

Day 3 — Ferry to Bintan
After breakfast, transfer to the Tanah Merah ferry terminal for the ferry to Bintan in Indonesia (about 1 hour; ferry ticket not included, passport needed). Check in at Lagoi and spend the afternoon on the beach. Overnight stay in Bintan.

Day 4 — Bintan at leisure
A free day on Bintan: the beaches of Lagoi Bay, the sand dunes known as the Bintan Desert, and a mangrove river tour (optional, paid locally). Overnight stay in Bintan.

Day 5 — Bintan to Singapore – departure
After breakfast, take the ferry back to Singapore and transfer to Changi airport for your flight home. The tour ends here.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
