Tsomgo Lake, North Sikkim (Lachen, Lachung) and the Silk Route need protected-area permits, arranged locally with photo ID and passport-size photos. Nathu La is optional at extra cost and open to Indian nationals only. Gurudongmar is at about 5,150 m; it is not advised for very young children, elderly travellers or anyone with heart or breathing conditions.

Day 1 — Arrive – drive to Gangtok
Arrive at Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri (NJP) railway station, where our representative meets you, and drive to Gangtok (about 125 km, 4–5 hours) along the Teesta river. Evening on MG Marg. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 2 — Tsomgo Lake and Gangtok
After breakfast, drive to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir; in the afternoon, visit the Enchey monastery and the Tashi viewpoint. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 3 — Gangtok to Lachen
After breakfast, drive to Lachen (about 125 km, 6–7 hours) by way of Mangan and Chungthang. Overnight stay in Lachen.

Day 4 — Gurudongmar Lake – Lachung
Before dawn, drive to Gurudongmar Lake (about 5,150 m), one of the highest lakes in the world and sacred to Buddhists and Sikhs. Return to Lachen for breakfast and drive on to Lachung. Overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 5 — Yumthang valley – Gangtok
Early in the morning, visit the Yumthang valley (about 24 km from Lachung), then drive back to Gangtok. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 6 — Gangtok to Pelling
After breakfast, drive to Pelling in West Sikkim (about 130 km, 5 hours), with Kanchenjunga close across the valley on a clear day. Overnight stay in Pelling.

Day 7 — Pelling sightseeing
After breakfast, see Pelling: the Pemayangtse monastery, the ruins of Rabdentse, the old Sikkim capital, the Sky Walk and Chenrezig statue, and the Kanchenjunga falls. Overnight stay in Pelling.

Day 8 — Khecheopalri Lake and Yuksom
After breakfast, visit the Khecheopalri Lake, sacred to Buddhists and Hindus, and Yuksom, the first capital of Sikkim, with the Norbugang coronation throne and the Dubdi monastery above the village. Overnight stay in Pelling.

Day 9 — Pelling to Bagdogra
After breakfast, drive from Pelling to Bagdogra airport or NJP railway station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.

- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
