Day 1 — Arrive in Bhopal
Arrive at Bhopal airport or station, where our representative meets you. See the Taj-ul-Masajid, the Tribal Museum (closed Mondays) and the Upper Lake at sunset. Overnight stay in Bhopal.

Day 2 — Bhimbetka – Pachmarhi
Drive south, stopping at the painted rock shelters of Bhimbetka (UNESCO World Heritage Site), and climb into the Satpura hills to Pachmarhi (about 200 km). Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.

Day 3 — Waterfalls and caves
A day by open gypsy (paid locally) to the Bee Falls, the Pandav caves, Apsara Vihar, the Jata Shankar cave temple and the Handi Khoh gorge, ending at Dhoopgarh for the sunset. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.

Day 4 — A free day in the hills
A free day: the Chauragarh temple climb, the Rajendragiri sunset point or a walk round the lake and the old cantonment churches. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.

Day 5 — Pachmarhi to Bhopal
After breakfast, drive back to Bhopal (about 200 km), with a stop at the Bhojpur temple if time allows, for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
