Day 1 — Arrive in Tokyo
Arrive at Tokyo (Narita or Haneda) airport, where our representative meets you, and transfer to your hotel. Evening at the Shibuya crossing and Shinjuku. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 2 — Tokyo city tour
A full day in Tokyo by metro with a guide: the Senso-ji temple in Asakusa, the Meiji Jingu shrine, Harajuku and the view from the Tokyo Skytree or a free city observatory (Skytree paid locally). Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 3 — Mount Fuji
A day trip to Mount Fuji (about 2 hours each way): Lake Kawaguchiko, the Chureito Pagoda with Fuji behind it, and the Fuji fifth station when the road is open (usually April to November, weather permitting). Return to Tokyo. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 4 — Bullet train to Kyoto
After breakfast, take the Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto (about 2 hours 15 minutes; ticket not included). In the afternoon, visit the Kiyomizu-dera temple and walk through Gion. Overnight stay in Kyoto.

Day 5 — Kyoto
A full day in Kyoto: the thousands of red gates of the Fushimi Inari shrine, the golden pavilion of Kinkaku-ji, the Kiyomizu-dera temple and an evening walk through Gion (entry fees paid locally). Overnight stay in Kyoto.

Day 6 — Nara – Osaka
After breakfast, visit Nara (about 45 minutes): the Great Buddha in the Todai-ji temple and the deer of Nara Park. Continue to Osaka for Osaka Castle and an evening in Dotonbori. Overnight stay in Osaka.

After breakfast, transfer to Osaka Kansai airport for your flight home. The tour ends here.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
