Day 1 — Arrive in Tokyo
Arrive at Tokyo (Narita or Haneda) airport, where our representative meets you, and transfer to your hotel. Evening at the Shibuya crossing and Shinjuku. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 2 — Tokyo city tour
A full day in Tokyo by metro with a guide: the Senso-ji temple in Asakusa, the Meiji Jingu shrine, Harajuku and the view from the Tokyo Skytree or a free city observatory (Skytree paid locally). Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 3 — Tokyo to Hakone
After breakfast, travel to Hakone (about 1.5 hours). Cruise Lake Ashi with Mount Fuji in view on clear days and ride the ropeway over the volcanic valley of Owakudani (cruise and ropeway paid locally). Overnight stay in Hakone, with a hot-spring bath at many hotels.

Day 4 — Hakone to Kyoto
After breakfast, take the Shinkansen from Odawara to Kyoto (about 2 hours; ticket not included). Evening walk through Gion. Overnight stay in Kyoto.

A full day in Kyoto: the thousands of red gates of the Fushimi Inari shrine, the golden pavilion of Kinkaku-ji, the Arashiyama bamboo grove and the Kiyomizu-dera temple (entry fees paid locally). Overnight stay in Kyoto.

Day 6 — Nara – Osaka
After breakfast, visit Nara (about 45 minutes): the Great Buddha in the Todai-ji temple and the deer of Nara Park. Continue to Osaka for Osaka Castle and an evening in Dotonbori. Overnight stay in Osaka.

A free day: Universal Studios Japan or the Osaka Aquarium (optional, paid locally), or the shops of Shinsaibashi. Overnight stay in Osaka.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
