This is a suggested day-by-day plan. Timings, the order of sightseeing and hotels are confirmed with your quote.
Gujarat is a dry state: alcohol is served only to permit holders. Temples set their own darshan timings and dress codes. Safari permits, boats, ropeways, shows and entry fees are paid locally or booked in advance. A permit is needed for the White Rann at Dhordo (taken at the Bhirandiyara checkpost or online). The Rann Utsav tent city is a separate, premium product and is not part of this package. Stays at Dholavira are simple.

Day 1 — Arrive in Bhuj
Arrive at Bhuj airport or station, where our representative meets you. Visit the Aina Mahal and the Kutch Museum (closed Wednesdays), with its Harappan seals and Kutchi crafts. Overnight stay in Bhuj.

Day 2 — Kalo Dungar and the White Rann
Drive to Kalo Dungar for the view over the Rann, then Dhordo for the White Rann at sunset (permit paid locally). Return to Bhuj. Overnight stay in Bhuj.

Day 3 — Bhuj to Dholavira
Drive east across Kutch to Dholavira on Khadir Bet island (about 250 km, 5 hours). The last stretch runs across the Rann on a causeway. Late afternoon at the Fossil Park, with its fossilised wood. Overnight stay at Dholavira (simple stays).

Day 4 — Harappan Dholavira – Bhuj
Spend the morning at Dholavira, a 4,500-year-old Harappan city and UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its stone reservoirs, citadel and the signboard inscription, and the site museum (entry paid locally). Drive back to Bhuj. Overnight stay in Bhuj.

Day 5 — Departure from Bhuj
After breakfast, stop at Bhujodi for its weavers and the Shrujan embroidery centre on the way to Bhuj airport or station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
